Northeast Neighbors Residential Air Defense Command

The Northeast Neighbors Residential Air Defense Command ("NENRAD") was created for the northeast portion of the City of Salem, Oregon, where aircraft noise is affecting residential properties. 

Goals

NENRAD has the following goals:

• Gather and preserve all data of aircraft flying over the portions of the NEN and SESNA neighborhoods.
• Learn and identify methodologies to reduce aircraft noise impact on residential area
