fix: Fix the bug that lora_pkt_fwd cannot reset sx1302

The reset pin of the sx1302 is connected to the CE1 pin of
the spi0 of the Raspberry Pi, and the sx1302 cannot be reset
correctly, resulting in failure of normal communication.
