fix: enable JustWorksRepairing in install.sh to prevent pairing failures
Adds Step 5C to install.sh that automatically configures BlueZ's JustWorksRepairing setting to "always" in /etc/bluetooth/main.conf. This enables automatic pairing for peer-initiated BLE connections, which is required for zero-touch mesh networking.
