4. Relevant classes/functions/constants.
|
|
5. Observed behavior.
|
|
6. Whether behavior is normative, inferred, or unresolved.
|
|
7. Test vectors needed.
|
|
8. SPEC.md sections affected.
|
|
9. Open questions.
|
